Painted in plein aire, on site in the Badlands of South Dakota, this watercolor captures the heat of the day. Bonnie entered Badlands National Park at dawn, and painted on site until I was unable to paint any longer due to the heat. This is the final artwork from that most wonderful day’s painting experience! It has been in Bonnie’s private collection until recently, and is the last of this series of work available for sale.
