“In this world we live in, things are taken and delivered out of context all the time, whether deliberately as in advertising and politics or unintentional, as with social media, our lives are filled with half truths and we as individuals must be able to distinguish what is real and what is designed purely to make us think or act in a certain way. These assemblages are all built out of context, where the parts by themselves are identifiable or meaningless, collectively they come together and are able to create visual overload which might invoke a memory, or take the viewer on a path different from their own.“
